&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ECM skills are scarce and unless your question gets passed to some ECM expert at SAS it's rather unlikely that someone in the community forums will have the necessary expertise to assist you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>SAS Enterprise Case Management(ECM) Incident Type is always NULL</title>
