      <title>Combing values in dataset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im working on a project for my class and im having some problems. My daya set is about presidential polls and it contains many polls for each state.(attatchemnt shown)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to make a table so that it shows the combined values for the 50 states like&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alabama&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ALaska&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arizona&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead of showing multiple entries&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://communities.sas.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/13759i25BCE0761CFC6FA0/image-size/large?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=600" border="0" alt="Capture.PNG" title="Capture.PNG" /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;proc summary or proc means will do what you want, but I don't see why you'd want to sum values from polls that were taken at various points throughout the campaign.&lt;/P&gt;
