If you only need the reports (and don't need the Results WIndow to navigate around the various reports), you can speed things up by adding this statement first:

ODS results off;

I think "off" is correct, rather than "close", but you can try it and see.

Hi:
I have been running SAS 9.4 on Windows 10 and it seems blazingly fast to me. If you have specific performance issues there are many different things that might cause the issue. My suggestion would be that you work with SAS Tech Support.
