    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Met&lt;BR /&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know why, since several days I am not able to create/modify tables in the SAS Libraries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"ERROR: You cannot create or delete datasets, views or indexes in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; this mode. Try the option METAOUT=DATA."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Libraries are assigned using system engine. They are also preassigned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to use Metaout Option, but it didn't help...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate any help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can see the libraries in SAS Explorer, right click on one having this issue and look at the Properties menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See if it says "Read only".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or check with you admin, someone may have changed your permissions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
