      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Look at the file in its place in the filesystem (ie ls -l in UNIX); this might get you a clue when it was created/written and by whom.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
