Hi,

I was installed and config SAS 9.2 Server (include JBOSS, JDK, JRE) in windows 2008 server...it's installed successfully and i was created one external user and i'm able to login all is fine. But when i'm trying to login SAS BI Dashboard 4.3 it's asked me to install Flash player ver 10+ then i did that but after installed when i login it's coming on blue screen with loading icon...

I was enable the settings in IE also but nope..., Rest of all web tire apps like SAS IDP, SAS WRS, SAS Web SP, it's login successfully.

If any one has idea about this please suggest and help me

That sounds like something you should raise with your SAS Admin - and if you are the SAS Admin then you should open a SAS TechSupport track.

Try to install both

install_flashplayer10ax_gtbd_aih

install_flash_player_10_active_x
