    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried searching the SAS support site for this error, as I found at least 18 SAS notes on this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be caused by a variety of different problems and you need to work through the possibilities yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is one to get you started: &lt;A href="http://support.sas.com/kb/11/939.html"&gt;http://support.sas.com/kb/11/939.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Connection to Oracle on Windows 2003 32bit</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;To All:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having a hard time connecting to SAS to Oracle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently on Windows 2003 32bit.&amp;nbsp; Every time&amp;nbsp; I try and connect I get the following message below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using SAS 9.2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error:&amp;nbsp; The SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle cannot be loaded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error:&amp;nbsp; Image SASORA found but not loadable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error:&amp;nbsp; Error in the LIBNAME statement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please assist me with this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
