In addition to @PaigeMiller comments also consider

Supply sample data, both what you have (input) and what you want (output)
Format your code so it is easier to read
What have you tried already

If you provide sample data (see Data2DataStep Maco instructions) and make an attempt at the code first, you'll get a faster response.
