Hi, I am doing the dose-response relationship using restricted cubic splines in cox model and I need the code for %RCS_REG macro. Could someone provide the code for this macro? Or could someone provide any examples for this topic?

PROC PHREG supports the EFFECT statement, which you can use to create restricted cubic splines, so you can use restricted cubic splines as explanatory variables without using any macro. See the following example (which uses PROC GLMSELECT, but the syntax is identical for PHREG):
