I suppose that in case you can install the xml mapper using one of the following options:
1) ask IT staff of your organization to install the SAS XML Mapper from the software depot used to install SAS on the server. If they were able to install EG they should also be able to install the SAS XML Mapper.
2) this url: https://support.sas.com/downloads/package.htm?pid=2474 to install the SAS XML Mapper on your computer. Your organization has a SAS Base license and XML Mapper comes with SAS Base (9.4).

Best regards, Jos
