topic Exporting File in SAS Studio vs Downloading a file in SAS Programming

I'm using SAS Studio in an Enterprise setting that is being run on SAS-Grid. There are some NAS drives that SAS does not have permission to export to but if I click Download File I'm able to save them. Is there a way I can automate this work around? Otherwise I'm left copying files back and forth from the NAS drive to the SAS-Grid location.

Thank you!

The setup you describe seems a bit incoherent.
Is it the same userid 1) running the SAS programs that can't write files, and 2) saving the files after downloading them?
If not, than maybe see what userids can be used in SAS?
If yes, then maybe just ask for IT to align the permissions for a given user?
I any case, it seems that the location is available to SAS users, so maybe should be available to the SAS server as well?

Depending on your browser, you might be able to use an Add-In such as iMacros.

How to Automate Repetitive Web Browser Tasks With iMacros (howtogeek.com)

Other possibilities are using a client side automation tool
