SAS OnDemand for Academics (ODA) does not have the folders cstGlobalLibrary and cstSampleLibrary that come with the clinical standards toolkit (https://support.sas.com/rnd/base/cdisc/cst/). If you need these to work with the code samples from the book then it might not be possible to use ODA. I can investigate.

Have you seen the information in the SAS section on this webpage:
https://wiki.cdisc.org/display/LIBSUPRT/Getting+Started%3A+Programmatically+connect+to+CDISC+Library+API
Does that help? Or do you need the clinical standard toolkit Folders mentioned above?
