This could be caused by the configuration of the enterprise guide role. You have to talk about this with your local sas-admin and he/she has no valid explanation, you should contact sas tech support. Maybe the feature has been removed due to incompatibility with ms access.

I was using SAS EG4.3 to export big datasets using Microsoft Access 2002-03 but with the migration from 4.3 to 71, I am not able to use the feature. I have also tried to export the data using proc export procedure but it did not work. Need some solution to resolve this.

"did not work" can mean anything, so you will have to provide more details, an error-message is a good starting point. But, i would talk to my local sas-admin first.

I was using SAS EG 4.3 as legacy process where I was using manual export feature available to export larger datasets to access database to connect the same with Microsoft excel for data analysis. Since EG 4.3 is decommissioning and we have migrated to EG 7.1 using SAS 9.4, we want to use the same feature of 4.3 but cannot use. I have tried proc export procedure as well and it is not working.

So you just replaced a very outdated version with an outdated one. Well, some decisions are harder to understand than others. To provide some real help, i just repeat what i have already said:

There is no error message while doing manual export. If we try to export the dataset using export functionality is menu bar, exporting dataset to Access data base is not available in SAS 7.1 Please let me know if you need further clarification.
