      <title>UDF format libs completely unlogical behaviour</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Probably I don't understand enough and the fault is mine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But the behavior of the User-defined-formats is ridiculous because everywhere it shows up correctly, nevertheless it throws out the error message "&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;PRE id="pre_sasLog_830" class="sasLog" style="background-color: transparent; -webkit-user-select: text; -webkit-user-modify: read-only; -webkit-touch-callout: default; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px;"&gt;Format xxxxx was not found or could not be loaded&lt;/PRE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Here comes my code and hopefully someone could bring light to this annoying thing.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The important place for formats to appear is in the FMTSEARCH path. If the format is on the path but you get that error then quite often you are attempting to assign a character format to a numeric variable or vice versa.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
