&lt;P&gt;For your description, you could write something like &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Requesting solution help in identifying largest and smallest value"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then in the body of the text, you can write the details offering a sample data, the business logic and the expected output sample. I hope this makes sense.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
