Hello everybody,

It is my first time using SAS software and I'm hoping somebody can help me out.

For my research I'm designing a Discrete Choice Experiment to explore the attitude of obstetricians towards breech deliveries. I originally made this syntax in Ngene ( see added), so now I'm wondering if it is possible to copy and paste this syntax in SAS?

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Lotte van Wijk

Short answer: No.

SAS syntax is considerably different . "Design" would likely be a Proc (procedure) of some sort.

If you describe, or better provide some example data and describe the test and condition someone may be able to provide and equivalent or similar model

Thanks for responding.

Where can I find the BCHOICE and how is this performed?

And to avoid misunderstandings, I want to create a question as can be seen in the added file (and not necessarily perform an analysis). So a factorial design with 9 rows and 3 columns, in which there are 108 different case scenario's and the participant each time can choose between two options.
Can a BCHOICE do this as well? Or do you maybe know the right procedure for me in SAS?

Thank you!

For the factorial design, check PROC PLAN .
PROC BCHOICE is discrete choice models to find which one is customer 's favorite .
You could find both examples and explaination at http://support.sas.com
