&lt;P&gt;I investigated this a couple months ago and found a lot of things that pointed to certain Outlook "rule" operations as a starting point that involved options that are restricted in my organization or programming tools I am not allowed to use.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Search Windows / Outlook forums for this sort of thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is your actual use case? Opening and saving a single email attachment manually is less than a 1 minute job. Automation, if it is possible, isn't really going to speed this up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
