&lt;P&gt;The definition of "responder" and "non-responder" is study or project-specific and therefore contained in the statistical analysis plan (SAP) of your clinical trial/project, possibly with a reference to the study protocol. These documents are must-reads for the Statistical Programmer. The SAP should also contain more details about statistics to be calculated. Ask the Study Statistician if something is unclear. Once you know &lt;EM&gt;what&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;exactly needs to be calculated, the experts here will be able to advise you &lt;EM&gt;how&lt;/EM&gt; to do this with SAS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
