Which browser on which platform (Windows, Linux, OSX, Andoid, iOS) do you use, from where do you copy the code (SAS Studio, Enterprise Guide, Display Manager, text editor, word processor) and how do you copy/paste the code (with keystrokes, drag-and-drop, context menus)?

One strange issue is that when I do right click then I see options: Undo, Redo,Cut,copy,Delete but cannot see "paste" option

This seems to happen at your end. Calling out to @ChrisHemedinger

Are you using the SAS Communities from home, a public network, or from a corporate location? You might sit behind a proxy that manipulates the FORM code in the HTML.

Are you using the "insert code" or "insert SAS code" icons? Or pasting in the typing area?

I agree with others that this might be a restriction caused by a "security" measure in your organization, maybe designed to prevent pasting of passwords or sensitive information. There are some browser extensions available that might be able to work around it, but it would be better to ask your IT to "whitelist" all sas.com sites (as a business need) to allow more free interactions.
