I am not able to run the SAS code to crate the Storm.xlsx file. Is the file available for download in .xlsx format?

Are you talking about practice files from the SAS Programming 1 - Essentials 1 e-learning course?

If so, you need to follow the instructions at the beginning of the course to set up the learning environment.

If I remember well, you will have to 2 or 3 .sas files in the EPG194 folder: setup.sas and createdata.sas.

You need to execute first setup.sas (adapt the path to your EPG194 folder). Then, you run createdata.sas, which includes the program _3create_storm.sas to create the corresponding files.
