      <description>&lt;P&gt;The slope of a continuous predictor is the "marginal effect".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a dichotomous predictor, I guess I don't associate the phrase "marginal effect" with this situation, but there is certainly an effect due to changing from one level to another of the dichotomous predictor, if you have the dichotomous predictor coded as (0,1) it again is the slope.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
