      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;This is the error message I am getting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;that is killing my time- "ERROR: User does not have appropriate authorization&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;level for library".The error pops up whenever I tried to upload/create a data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;set&amp;nbsp; using lib name&amp;nbsp;result.output or read data set using&amp;nbsp; cert.input. This is in reference to A00-231 .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Asia Anuwa&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do not have write permission on the directory specified by the library reference. If you need to write there, have that permission granted by the server administrator(s).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
