&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried to email them but it takes 3-4 days to get a response. I checked again just now and I still can't do anything (it's still 24 hours prior to the exam time). &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did anyone meet a similar situation? Is it possible for me to get a refund if I call them on Monday (but it will be after my exam then)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
