Some example data and desired output is usually helpful.

Does that phrase appear in more than one variable? More than once in a single variable in any records?

The data is a medication data and i think the desired output is to measure the ROA of each specific drugs e.g ROA in aspirin overdose.

The phrase is vary in terms of how it is presented in the data, but overall it appear in more than one variable and more than once in a single variable.
