MACRO to sign into the SAS grid based on a specific time

I'm very new to SAS programmming so I will attempt to explain this as best I can.

I need a small piece of code that will check the system time whilst not being signed into the SAS grid. Once that time criteria has been met I need to then sign on to the SAS grid (version 9.2). Once signed on I need to be able to run a simple "%include" line of code which I already have created. Once that has been accomplished I then need to sign out of the grid.

What you have described is running a SAS job automatically at a given time. This is called scheduling and there are any number of scheduling tools available that will do this without you scripting anything. Talk to your SAS admin about your requirement. They could well be scheduling SAS jobs already.
