Can we call data from one data step to another?

I need to print data from one file to another but both are them are used in two different data steps.

Hi,

Do you mean can data in a SAS data set be used in another data step? E.g.:

data want;
  set sashelp.class;
  /* more SAS statements to process the data */
run;

If not then please clarify further with an example, thanks.

As usual: please post example data in a usable form (data steps with datalines) and an example for the expected outcome.

If you already have code, post that.
