      <description>&lt;P&gt;Read the article "Simulation in SAS: The slow way or the BY way" for the basic approach and important ideas. Then modify the second program to&amp;nbsp;use the variance instead of the mean.&amp;nbsp; It should look like this:&lt;/P&gt;
