Could anyone guide me how to make a KM plot where Y axis is the median value like an example attached.

That looks like a standard line plot, not a KM.

Either way, PROC LIFETEST will generate the data and you may need to use the outputted data to make your graph.

I am using this

proc lifetest data=mydata plots=survival(atrisk) outtest=Test ;

but Test data doesn't give the median concentration for each timepoint. Could you let me know the syntax please.

I think you need to post some data for this, not sure I’m following what is going on here.
