      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" face="Calibri,Helvetica,sans-serif" color="black"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;I am using the SAS roc plot macro to create an ROC curve plot with the Youden Index.&amp;nbsp; My plot looks good, except for the fact that my cut points are labelled strangely.&amp;nbsp; The cut point in the upper right hand corner of my curve corresponds with the highest numerical cut point (e.g. 16) and the lower left hand corner of my curve corresponds with the lowest numerical cut point (e.g. 0).&amp;nbsp; This is the opposite pattern of other ROC curves that I have seen. &amp;nbsp;I am not sure what I am doing wrong.&amp;nbsp; Any advice would be extremely helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
