Hi,

I have the following code (below) of which I am getting an error that I don't know how to get around, any ideas please?

proc sgplot data=Aggregated_Results_2 (obs=250);
scatter x=email y=Actual_BS_Income / datalabel=Observation ;
xaxis discreteorder=data display=none ;

run;

ERROR: Unable to load the Java Virtual Machine. Please see the installation instructions or system
administrator.

Sometimes closing and restarting SAS will fix the problem. Otherwise, I think you need to contact SAS Tech Support.

I had this error once, when I opened SAS from a windows search. When I opened SAS from the usual directory, no error. There is a related thread with other things to try here
