Please see the installation instructions or system&lt;BR /&gt;administrator.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this error once, when I opened SAS from a windows search. When I opened SAS from the usual directory, no error. There is a related thread with other things to try here&lt;/P&gt;
