      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The values of VARNAME are longer than the default length for character variables, so I updated the data step to set the length.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically this program will flip the data .
