Question regarding Report Template

Hi All,

I am trying to create the template attached.What is the best possible way to create the template.Can this be done using odsexcelxp tagset and proc report or i should go the route of ods excel?

Any help would be appreciated!!

I would go ODS EXCEL and PROC REPORT.

There doesn't appear to be anything complicated in the report that couldn't be handled with ODS EXCEL.

ODS EXCEL creates a native XLSX file, ODS TAGSETS.EXCELXP creates an XML files, both will likely get you a file that looks the way you want, it's a matter of file formats. The code will likely be very similar between the two as well.
