      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why I cant model demand which has 0 variance in Proc MIRP. When I use demandinterval it works but I when I remove it does not what is the reason.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also can I know what algorithm is being used in Proc MIRP&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
