topic 'Save to SAS Folders' disabled in Microsoft Integration with SAS

The 'Save to SAS Folders' option on my SAS Excel Add-in is greyed out, as well as, 'open From SAS folders' option. However, I am able to open reports and datasets or browse SAS folders when I click on 'SAS Data' option in Excel 2010. Why would those options would be disabled? Any idea?

Thanks...

The Save to SAS Folders is dependent on having WIP installed on the server. For the reports, data, and other types of content, you only need to have a connection to the metadata server.
