topic Export a SAS dataset to a (or a group of specific cells) in Excel in Microsoft Integration with SAS

I need to know if there is a way to export a SAS dataset to a specific group of cells without using DDE.

Basically, I am trying to build an automated process that will fill out an Excel Spreadsheet before I come to work in the mornings. It has to be very specific and fill in specific cells of the form, while not changing the rest of the documentation within the form.

Thank you,
Run a CSV from SAS, which the Excel spreadsheet links to directly. When you open Excel, Excel will run a refresh and update the data as intended.

You can link in either of two ways. Setup a manual link from worksheet to CSV or use the Data, Import External data, import option - which you can even set to update every five minutes if you want.
