Hi:
A search on support.sas.com using the string
SAS Add-in safe mode
reveals this note:
http://support.sas.com/kb/19/054.html

It seems to have something to do with Adobe and normal.dot -- you may want to read the note and check with Tech Support for more help.
Hi,

I've installed The SAS Add-in on Microsoft Word XP (2002). For a couple of days it was working fine. But since this morning, Word won't open. Excel is working fine. It looks like a windows profile problem. When i log on the same machine with a different user it's working. I've tried to delete the profile to create a new one, but after a few days, it stops to work again. I've installed the Hotfix for the add-in 2.1

Is there a way i can just install the Add-in for excel and not Word/Powerpoint?

Anyone has a clue?

Thanks

Lp
