Hi:
You might want to open a track with Tech Support on this issue. If there are any configuration or system specific considerations, they can help you debug the problem with your SAS Administrator. To open a track with Tech Support, follow this link:
Good day!
When I trying to run the Forecast Studio tasks within SAS add-in for MS Office, for example, Forecast Studio Open Project wizard, after entering metadata server login and password I receive the following error message:

---------------------------
SAS Add-In
---------------------------
There was an error attempting to run the "Forecast Studio Open Project" task:

A forecasting session cannot be established: The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.
---------------------------

Our Forecast Server and add-in for Office is configured exactly in accordance with section "Configure SAS Forecast Server and SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office" of SAS Forecast Server Administrator's Guide and all other Add-In tasks (not related to Forecast Studio) works perfectly.
If it will be useful information, our Analytics Platform (version 1.4) is rinning under Solaris, add-in (version 2.1) is installed for MS Office 2003 and it is running under Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition SP2.

What can be wrong?
