I keep getting an error when I run ODS graphics

I am trying to run plots when I am doing GLM on proc genmod. However, I keep running into this error:

Unable to restore 'Stat.Genmod.Graphics.DiagnosticPanel' from template store

When I try to open the pdf documents, I get an error saying the requested information could not be displayed because the connection to the remote browser server failed.

Please help!

Hi:

Is this the message: 34538 - A "HELP error, connection to remote browser server failed" message occurs when you use Help after installing the SAS® Remote Browser Server ? I thought it was unique to SAS 9.2. You might want to open a track with Tech Support if you continue to have the problem. I think that message is not specific to ODS GRAPHICS, but can happen with just about any SAS results you create.

Hi Cynthia,

I kept getting two different messages. One was that my remote browser was not installed. I installed it and now, ODS HTML and ODS PDF works. However, I keep getting another error when I try to plot graphs (I have attached the screenshot for you)
