topic change flyover icon in ODS and Base Reporting

How do I change the opacity and the size of the flyover icon (ie Text Note) that appears in the PDF document? The problem is that the numbers in cells with flyover icons are being covered by the Text Note.
Also, is it possible to change the type of icon (eg Circle, Comment, etc) that appears in the PDF document?

Hi:
Remember that PDF files conform to a proprietary file format created/owned by the Adobe company. I don't know of a way to change the opacity and size of the flyover icon with ODS:

Is there even a way to change the appearance, opacity and size of the note icon when you use Adobe products??? Like PageMaker or FrameMaker or GoLive????
