Hi Student,

This is the ODS and Base Reporting forum. You're probably going to get a better response to your question if you post it in the SAS Statistical Procedures forum. Go back to the main page, it's the 2nd forum from the top.

Hausman Test

Hi,

I use the panel procedure, and I want to check if I should use a fixed- or random effects model. The Hausman test output (when checking for random effects) is:

Hausman Test for
Random Effects

DF m Value Pr > m

19 8.92 0.9747

In this case, which effects model should I use and why?

Thanks in advance!
