As you can see in the GTL definition of the graphic (in SASHELP.TMPLMST template item store, folder STATGRAPH and template COOKSDPLOT, the value is 4 / number of observations in dataset.&lt;BR /&gt;

 lineparm yintercept=eval (4/NOBS)&lt;BR /&gt;
