topic frame= style attribute and HTML5 destination in ODS and Base Reporting

frame= style attribute is not mentionned as valid style attribute for the HTML5 destination

https://documentation.sas.com/doc/en/pgmsascdc/9.4_3.5/odsug/n0otdo2g12obp3n0zmnghcn7p4vu.htm#n0qm7km5blt1i0n1exhbbugnpqzn

However it seems to work. However rules= style attribute does not work.

Should we expect that this will still be valid in the future and the documentation will be updated or not.

I would tend to think that frame= won't be valid in the future but would be happy to hear other views on this.

ods html5 file="&xxdemo./reporting/test.html";
proc print data=sashelp.class noobs
           style(table) =[frame             = hsides
                          borderstyle       = solid
                          bordercolor       = red];
run;

ods html5 close;
