Long list of variables (22) to fit a page

Good day

I have a long list of variables (22) variable to output on a single page(fit a page) using a proc report. it has been difficult so i opted to divide the listing into 2 parts but retain ID and visit throughout.

Please assist on how i can do this. see below the data:

Hi:
What is your destination of choice? ODS HTML will create a report as wide as you need it to be. Other destinations, like ODS RTF or ODS PDF have limits because they are paged destinations. This paper https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings14/SAS038-2014.pdf has some suggestions including examples of using ID with PROC REPORT. You'll find the zip file and PDF of the slides for the presentation here: http://support.sas.com/rnd/papers/#2014 in the list of 2014 papers.
