Doubt on header

Hi all,

I need to print header details like below (please refer to the following diagram).

1. Need to print few details on the left side and need to print date with time on the right side.

2. Then need a line.

3. This should replicate in all the pages.

What type of document do you need this for? The ODS destination options always affect the possible solutions.

Do you need to use title statements in the body of the pages for SAS generated output?

HI: What code have you tried? What does your current TITLE statement look like? SAS dates only appear in "paged" output, like the LISTING output, RTF output or PDF output. What do your ODS statements look like?

Consider a title statement such as this:

... that might work for you.
