SAS Excel issue

Hi ,

one of my user runs sas process flow to excel and when he is trying to refresh the tabs in excel , he is getting the error message

sas add-in unable to open sasapp2 name of excel project

server sasapp2 is not found in list of available servers

He is a sas user and id is created in Metadata MC.

what will be the issue help is appreciated.

I think it might be a security issue.

I assume that you use ACTs on your sasapp2 applicationserver.

Are your user member of the correct groups so he can read metadata on SASAPP2?

Otherwise he can't see it if you use "Public and SASUSER Denied ACT" on the appservercontext.
