That's the thing. There is no libname statement. I am only importing a file.

PROC IMPORT OUT= WORK.austin
DATATABLE= "AUS XSLPTPM1"
DBMS=ACCESS REPLACE;
DATABASE="G:\VAC\Marketing\\PercentChangeLeadsBySource\Leads.mdb";
SCANMEMO=YES;
USEDATE=NO;
SCANTIME=YES;
RUN;

I have tried to import locally as well as from our server. I have not seen it act this way before.
