      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to output RTF file using Proc Report and experienced kind of problem: I need to do this: All titles and page numbering include in RTF body file, not just like headers, Page numbering should be on the top and left.
