Hi all,

I am creating ODS HTML report, one of the variable not displaying correctly in the HTML output.

For Eg: ID has to display as '07008E08675 ' instead of its displaying as 1.7977E+308

I used style={HTMLSTYLE="VND.MS-EXCEL.NUMBERFORMAT:@"}

style=[htmlstyle="MSO-NUMBER-FORMAT:\@"]

Please help me on this, Thanks In advance.

Hi:

I don't know where you got the "VND.MS-EXCEL.NUMBERFORMAT"...it was my understanding that you needed the second example, not the first. Please see this paper (page 3) http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings11/266-2011.pdf

Generally my recommendation is that you generate Microsoft "friendly" HTML by using the MSOFFICE2K destination. Microsoft did NOT like the HTML4 method of using style information that is contained in ODS HTML. So, my recommendations would be that you

1) switch to ODS MSOFFICE2K as the destination (which generates Microsoft HTML) and

2) use the form of HTMLSTYLE= that is shown on page 3 of the paper.
