  You really should call Tech Support on this one. When I test your style template, I get lines in the right places on ALL the pages of the output file. (The same lines around the headers on pages 2, 3, etc -- as on page 1.)&lt;BR /&gt;
  &lt;BR /&gt;
  Perhaps there is something else going on in your template, but Tech Support would be your best bet to determine that: &lt;A href="http://support.sas.com/techsup/contact/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://support.sas.com/techsup/contact/index.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

parent = styles.Printer;&lt;BR /&gt;
style Table from Output /&lt;BR /&gt;
background = _undef_&lt;BR /&gt;
frame = HSIDES&lt;BR /&gt;
cellpadding = 4pt&lt;BR /&gt;
cellspacing = 0.75pt&lt;BR /&gt;
borderwidth = 0.75pt;&lt;BR /&gt;
end;&lt;BR /&gt;
run;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Above written is to get output in pdf without column and row lines. But I am not able to get line below the header after first page.&lt;BR /&gt;

I am getting output in pdf like below.&lt;BR /&gt;
