How to get line below header in the second page

Hi all,

proc template;
define style Styles.printer;
parent = styles.Printer;
style Table from Output /
background = _undef_
frame = HSIDES
cellpadding = 4pt
cellspacing = 0.75pt
borderwidth = 0.75pt;
end;
run;

Above written is to get output in pdf without column and row lines. But I am not able to get line below the header after first page.

I am getting output in pdf like below.

page 1 of 2

NAME MARKS
-------------
ravi 50
kumar 40
raju 60
vijay 30
-------------

page 2 of 2
-------------
NAME MARKS
ram 50
shiva 40
rani 60
ramu 30
-------------

I want to get output like below.

ravi 50

raju 60
vijay 30
-------------

page 2 of 2

ram 50
shiva 40
rani 60
ramu 30
-------------

IT IS VERY URGENT.......

Hi:
You really should call Tech Support on this one. When I test your style template, I get lines in the right places on ALL the pages of the output file. (The same lines around the headers on pages 2, 3, etc -- as on page 1.)

Perhaps there is something else going on in your template, but Tech Support would be your best bet to determine that: http://support.sas.com/techsup/contact/index.html
