Sorry, your link didn't work for me. It took me to Google. If you go to "Use advanced editor" in the upper right corner of the Reply screen, you can post an image.

As for the question of vertical headers in RTF, what do you mean? Look on page 5 of this paper (http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi30/091-30.pdf) and if these are the type of vertical headers you mean, then you might be interested in reading the paper author's description of how she achieved these headers.

I re-edited it. Hopefully you can see the image now.

I know how to make vertical headers, however, I want an extra spanned header with horizontal text. Can I do it with sas?

Hi:

Well, it depends on what procedure you're using in the first place (PRINT, REPORT, TABULATE, MEANS, FREQ, or ???) and how you are achieving the vertical rotation.

For example, there are ways in PROC REPORT to get spanning headers, but it may or may not work with the method you use to make the headers vertical. In my code, I just used the PROC REPORT split character to make vertical headers (not rotated).
